The new user registration process is carried out through the option New Client, located at the top of the web.
To identify yourself in the system, you must complete the username you have chosen and your password, in the upper right part of the website. If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot your password? The system will ask for your email address, assign a random password and send you an email with the new credentials.
Username and password accepted after the user registration process will serve you for the successive transactions you carry out on our website. Your data will be recorded in your customer file (see Privacy and data protection policy), so it will not be necessary to fill them in again in subsequent purchases.
The customer has the possibility to edit the information entered in the User area once you have logged in.
All the products on the page can be purchased and added to the shopping cart. Once an item has been selected, to place an order you must enter the number of units you want in Quantity and click on the button Add to cart < / b>. In the upper right part (cart), an economic summary of the order appears, with the number of items and the total amount of the order, including taxes and shipping costs.
It is also shown in the upper part, under the concept Purchase details , the detailed content of the products added to the cart, details of the shipping costs, and the total amount including taxes.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. In case of not being identified in the system, the system will carry out a simulation of the total cost of the order without including the transport costs.
To know the breakdown of the order or start the order completion process, you must click on the button Show located in the cart.
In addition, we have the option of Collection in store , and if you select it, no costs will be included in the concept of shipping costs.
If you have of a promotional coupon, you can include it in the Promotion field, making it effective, once the discount has been validated, in the shopping cart.
If you are satisfied, you can proceed with the Process order button, completing the destination data and the payment method.

If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been sent to the transport agency, you can do so by calling the store on the phone: (+34) 914 737 482, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal that assists consumers once the product is received.
There is a minimum purchase order of 12 euros (VAT not included), not including transport. For those lower orders you can make the purchase in the physical store in our facilities during normal hours

Normally most of the published products are in stock, but there is also an indicator on each product indicating whether it is available or not. There are also a number of less common items that are not in stock. Normally, the delivery time for these products is usually 1 week and a text appears indicating that you ask about store availability.
By accessing the registered customer area, you can review the status of the previously placed order.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Orders, once the customer has made the payment, are generally received in Spain and Portugal within 48 hours, although some may reach a maximum of 72 hours, or three business days. In other countries it will depend on each case

All those offers that by quantity have a special price appear on the web during the period of validity of the same (normally one month), entering as a registered user.
If the item can be repaired in the store, the repair time is 1 week. Otherwise, if it has to be sent to the official provider or service, the time is longer, which although it does not depend on us, is usually from 20 days to 45 days.
