General information

Detail purchase process

User Registration

In order to make a purchase, you must be registered in the system and be identified.

  • The registration process of a new user is carried out through the option User area situated at the top.
  • In order to identify yourself in the system, you will be requested to complete your user name and password you have chosen. In case you do not remember your password, click on Forgot your password? located in the upper right corner.

You will be requested your email address by the system which will allocate a random password and send an e-mail with the new credentials.

  • Your user name and password accepted after the registration process will serve for successive transactions you make on our website. Your data will be recorded in your customer account (read Privacy and Data Protection Policy), therefore it shall not be necessary to fill them out in purchases thereafter.
  • The customer has the option to edit the information introduced in the User Area once he has identified himself.

Add products to cart

All the products can be purchased on this website and added to cart. Once you have selected an item, enter the quantity number you wish to buy in Quantity and click on Add to cart .

In the upper right part (cart), you will see a summary of the sales order, with the number of items and the total order price, including taxes and shipping costs.

For details about the order or starting the ending order process, you can access clicking on the Show button located on the cart.

Shopping details will be displayed if you click on the Show button: Detailed content of the products you have chosen, as well as shipping costs and the total order price including taxes.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination. In case you do not identify yourself in the system, it will carry out a simulation of the total order price, shipping charges not included.

Furthermore, we offer Pick up in store option, and in case to select this option, shipping costs will not be included.

Checkout

If you are satisfied, you can move forward through the Checkout button, completing the destination data and the form of payment.

The sale and purchase contract will be displayed with the detailed legal conditions in the user language (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French) and with those possible options:

  • ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT
    • The customer accepts the agreement.
    • If it were the case, the customer would be sent to the payment platform and once the payment were confirmed, we would proceed to send him an e-mail with the detailed contract and the payment confirmation.
    • In the case of a transfer, an e-mail would be sent to provide bank accounts numbers for such payments and requiring the payment information to be sent in order to facilitate the purchase order output.
    • Sending confirmation e-mails will be as soon as possible and in less than 24 hours.
  • TERMINATE THE CONTRACT
    • The agreement is not accepted and confirmation is required before the order is deleted.

If an error is detected in the introduction of the price of an item after the reception of an order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform of the occurrence and give him the option to cancel or maintain the order in the right conditions. The contract of sale-purchase sent by e-mail will be filed on our mail server and will not be user accessible.

How can I find out about the total order price ?

You can carry out a shopping simulation. No personal data will be requested on the website until you complete the purchase.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order which has not be shipped yet to the freight forwarder, you can do it making a phone call to the shop at (+34) 914737482 without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is a 12 euro minimum purchasing requirement (VAT not included), excluding transport costs. For lower purchase orders, you can buy from the physical shop at our facilities at regular schedule.

How to look for a product?

The easiest way to do it, is at our website's search engine although you may do it through the products index.

How to know if there is stock of products?

Usually, most posted products are in stock, but in addition there is an indicator in each product indicating whether it is available or not. Furthermore, there are series of less common items which are not in stock. Typically the delivery time of those products is less than one week and a text will appear and indicates you should ask the shop for availability.

How do I pay for my order?

There are three different payment methods which are:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal

Transport

Orders are always processed, postage paid and on the invoice you will receive together with the goods, the amount of the order includes the total expense for transportation. Nevertheless, the value of freight and each equipment of the purchase will be detailed separately on the invoice in order to avoid any possible confusion with prices. The orders intended for Peninsula and Balearic Islands travel by TNT, SEUR, or ASM companies. The orders intended for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla travel by urgent post or ordinary mail should the package be of significant volume. The purchase orders higher than 250€ travel postage paid (only mainland Spain).

The shipping costs normally implemented and invoiced together with the order are shown below.

  • Mainland SPAIN:
    • Madrid: 3,33 € - Order less than 150 €
    • Other towns mainland Spain: 4,75 € - Order less than 150 €
    • Balearic Islands: 5,75 € - Order less than 200 €
    • Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands: 18,33 € - Order less than 1000 €
  • Portugal:
    • Mainland: 4,80 € - Lower order to 200 €
    • Madeira and Azores Islands: 18,33 € - Order lower than 6000 €
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Country Low, Roy United Kingdom and Northern Ireland: 4.8 € - Order less than 1000 €
  • Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic: 4, 8 € - Order less than 1200 €
  • Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Malta, Sweden 4,8 € - Order less than 1500 €
  • Åland Islands and Faroe Islands: 18,33 € - Order lower than 6000 €
  • Other countries: it is necessary to be registered and make a simulation of shopping.

ANY CASES:

  • Although the above costs correspond to the usual orders, some items on basis of volume or weight may increase the shipping cost to one degree or another. It is necessary to be registered and to initiate the shopping process so that the system can calculate the actual costs. Take into account you will be at any time aware of the transport value during the shopping process as you are adding items to cart and you will always see the total amount before finishing the process or paying.

Delivery time

Once the customer has paid, the orders are received in less than 48 hours maximum, provided that there are no week-ends, prolonged week-ends or bank holidays in between.

Legal guarantee

In the event that the seller is a professional or entrepreneur, the seller must deliver to the consumer goods which are in conformity with the contract and will be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time the goods were delivered. The consumer and user is entitled to compensation for the product, its replacement, the price reduction or termination of contract. The seller shall be held liable where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years as from delivery of the goods.

The invoice is available in paper and you will receive it together with your purchase order. If you wish to receive it in digital format, you can request it e-mailing at the following mail address set aside for that purpose: contabilidad@electronicaembajadores.com

Consumers - Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days without the need of justification.

The withdrawal period may not expire before 14 days from the day when the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier takes delivery of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you should notify Electrónica Embajadores SL, Calle Embajadores, 138 - (28045) Madrid - Spain or email to: info@electronicaembajadores.com your decision to withdraw making any other clearly worded statement (such as a letter via postal mail, a fax or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form as set out below although its use is not mandatory.

It will be enough to meet the deadline, to send the communication concerning the exercise of this right before the deadline is reached

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal for your part, any payment you have made to us will be refunded including delivery costs (with the exceptions of the additional expenses resulting from the choice for your part of a cheaper and different delivery mode from the standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any event, 14 calendar days from the date you inform us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refund shall be effected using the same means of payment you used in the initial transaction unless you decide otherwise. In any case you will not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you show an evidence of having them back to us depending on what condition is satisfied first.

If you have already received the goods, object of this contract, you will have to return them to us or deliver immediately to Electronica Embajadores SL - Calle Embajadores, 138 - (28045) Madrid - Spain, without undue delay and in any event, 14 calendar days from the date you inform us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be considered as met if you make the return before the end of that period.

You will incur the costs of the return of the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what it is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

What else can I find out through my registered user account?

As a registered user, when logged in, every single offer with quantity discount is displayed on the website throughout the validity period of the offer (usually one month).

I have a product under repair. When shall I receive it?

If the item can be repaired in store, the repair time is one week. On the contrary, if you have to send it to the provider or authorized repairer, being outside our control, the repair time is much longer (from 20 to 45 days).

Do you have a physical store where I can buy or go to?

If you wish, you can go to the shop and collect the purchase directly from there. The address and shop opening times are provided in the Contact area.
