If an error is detected in the introduction of the price of an item after the reception of an order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform of the occurrence and give him the option to cancel or maintain the order in the right conditions. The contract of sale-purchase sent by e-mail will be filed on our mail server and will not be user accessible.
You can carry out a shopping simulation. No personal data will be requested on the website until you complete the purchase.
If you wish to cancel an order which has not be shipped yet to the freight forwarder, you can do it making a phone call to the shop at (+34) 914737482 without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
12 euros is the minimum purchasing requirement (VAT not included), excluding transport costs. For lower purchase orders, you can buy from the physical shop at our facilities at regular schedule.
The easiest way to do it, is at our website's search engine although you may do it through the products index.
Usually, most posted products are in stock, but in addition there is an indicator in each product indicating whether it is available or not. Furthermore, there are series of less common items which are not in stock. Typically the delivery time of those products is less than one week and a text will appear and indicates you should ask the shop for availability.

Orders are always processed, postage paid and on the invoice you will receive together with the goods, the amount of the order includes the total expense for transportation. Nevertheless, the value of freight and each equipment of the purchase will be detailed separately on the invoice in order to avoid any possible confusion with prices. The orders intended for Peninsula and Balearic Islands travel by TNT, SEUR, or ASM companies. The orders intended for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla travel by Correos Urgente or ordinary mail should the package be of significant volume.
Below are the shipping costs for orders that do not include items with additional shipping cost (see additional note). This cost will be invoiced with your order.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
The orders once the customer has made the payment, are generally received in Spain and Portugal within 48 hours, although some may reach a maximum of 72 hours, or three business days. In other countries it will depend on each case.
In the event that the seller is a professional or entrepreneur, the seller must deliver to the consumer goods which are in conformity with the contract and will be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time the goods were delivered. The consumer and user is entitled to compensation for the product, its replacement, the price reduction or termination of contract. The seller shall be held liable where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years as from delivery of the goods.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days without the need of justification.
The withdrawal period may not expire before 14 days from the day when the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier takes delivery of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you should notify Electrónica Embajadores SL, Calle Embajadores, 138 - (28045) Madrid - Spain or email to: info@electronicaembajadores.com your decision to withdraw making any other clearly worded statement (such as a letter via postal mail, a fax or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form as set out below although its use is not mandatory.
It will be enough to meet the deadline, to send the communication concerning the exercise of this right before the deadline is reached
Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal for your part, any payment you have made to us will be refunded including delivery costs (with the exceptions of the additional expenses resulting from the choice for your part of a cheaper and different delivery mode from the standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any event, 14 calendar days from the date you inform us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refund shall be effected using the same means of payment you used in the initial transaction unless you decide otherwise. In any case you will not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you show an evidence of having them back to us depending on what condition is satisfied first.
If you have already received the goods, object of this contract, you will have to return them to us or deliver immediately to Electronica Embajadores SL - Calle Embajadores, 138 - (28045) Madrid - Spain, without undue delay and in any event, 14 calendar days from the date you inform us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be considered as met if you make the return before the end of that period.
You will incur the costs of the return of the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what it is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

As a registered user, when logged in, every single offer with quantity discount is displayed on the website throughout the validity period of the offer (usually one month).
If the item can be repaired in store, the repair time is one week. On the contrary, if you have to send it to the provider or authorized repairer, being outside our control, the repair time is much longer (from 20 to 45 days).
