A printer is an output device or computer peripheral whose objective is to obtain on a permanent physical medium, usually paper, the information required by the user.
Laser printers work by Projecting a single electrostatic charge against a roller or drum.
The drum becomes ionized and as it rotates, the toner particles are attracted. The particles are transferred to the paper as they pass, and are finally fixed by a double action of pressure and heat on the paper.
