The MCP1252-33X50I/MS is an inductorless, positively regulated charge pump DC/DC converter.

These devices generate a regulated, adjustable or fixed output voltage (3.3V/5V).

They are specifically designed for applications requiring low noise and high efficiency and are capable of supplying an output current of up to 120mA.

The devices allow the input voltage to be lower or higher than the output voltage by automatically switching between buck/boost operation.

These charge pumps operate at a switching frequency of 650kHz and feature power-saving breakout pins. Power, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and supply good pins that report out-of-regulation conditions.
