The ST93C06 and the ST93C06C are 256 bits of electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) manufactured with SGS-THOMSON's High Endurance
Single polysilicon CMOS technology . In the text, the two products are called ST93C06.
The memory is divided into 32 x 8 bit bytes. or 16 x 16 bit words. The organization can be selected by a signal applied at the ORG input.
The memory is accessed through a serial input (D) and by a set of instructions that includes reading a byte / word, writing a byte / word , delete one byte / word
