The M7E Hecto is an ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID reader from JADAK© capable of reading multiple tags simultaneously at a speed of up to 150 tags per second and can also write data to them.

The M7E Hecto can read tags from several meters away (up to 5 meters in our tests!) with the appropriate antenna, conditions, and configuration. This board includes a USB-C connector and a CH340C USB-to-UART converter for quick connection to a computer and soldering-free tag reading. In addition to the USB-C connector, the 3.3V simultaneous RFID reader features a 0.1" PTH connector for connecting to an external converter or a 3.3V microcontroller of your choice and using it with the SparkFun Simultaneous RFID Tag Reader library. A two-position switch on the board allows for easy switching between the included communication interfaces.
