This Display uses the 16K33 Holtek chip that is responsible for multiplexing the segments.
In addition, this chip accepts I2C serial protocol, so we only need 2 wires to control the screen. The other 2 threads are for the feeding

This board / chip uses I2C 7-bit address between 0x70-0x77, selectable by jumpers
