The OX9104 is a SCOPIX IV “tablet icon generation” portable digital oscilloscope, stand-alone, with 4 fully isolated 600 V channels at 60 MHz bandwidth. It has a memory depth of 100 kpoints per channel, which significantly increases recording durations.
