Housing designed with a safety category of 600 V – CAT IV and an IP54/IK04 protection index, for easy use in complete safety and with easy access to the TEST button, even when the user is wearing insulating gloves.
Magnetic support to fix the product to a metal surface, thus leaving the user great freedom of movement to make measurements and read the result.
Large backlit display with double digital display and logarithmic analogue bar, secondary display that shows in real time, in addition to the measured value, the actual test voltage, current test and timer value.

Insulation control:
This new line is equipped with many insulation test voltages ranging from 10 V to 1 kV. The insulation measurement dynamics goes up to 200 GΩ, complying with the IEC61557 standard up to 2 GΩ.
In addition to the manual mode, new insulation test modes are offered such as the locked mode (Lock), programmed duration (Timer) as well as the calculation of the PI and DAR ratios.
Continuity control:
The continuity check function, which complies with IEC61557 (200mA current), is enhanced on certain models with a 20mA test current, and has the advantage of saving batteries in standard use. This function is equipped with an active protection in case of voltage presence, which does not require any fuse.
Custom adaptability:
In most models of the C.A 652X and C.A 653x line, an alarm threshold can be activated to choose for each measurement, between 2 fixed thresholds and 1 customizable threshold.
In addition, the ΔREL function allows to display the measurements in variation with respect to a reference measurement. The display is done in value of the variation as well as in percentage with respect to the reference.
Other functions:There are DMM functions present with voltage measurement up to 700 V, frequency up to 800 Hz, resistance of up to 999 kΩ and capacity of up to 10 µF.
Ease of use:
The analysis of the measurements is facilitated by the storage of 300 measurements in the instrument. The memory capacity can reach 1,300 locations for the versions with Bluetooth® communication. The Megohmmeter Transfer (MEG) software module, supplied as standard with the communicating versions, allows remote initiation of a test with graphic display in real time, and the transfer of memorized measurements to a PC. Values are then displayed by measurement type.
DataView® software package (optional) generates custom measurement reports that can include center and operator coordinates.
