Have you ever wondered how air quality is in your classroom? Or do you need to know why you fall asleep after 3 hours in a non-ventilated meeting room? Look No further! This DIY experimental kit will give you the answer.
This Device is an Arduino-based sensor that reads multiple environmental values to indicate air quality. It will take about 15 minutes to mount and you do not need to solder anything. You only have to connect the parts and the cables, insert the assembly into the casing and connect it to a 5 V USB connection. The Mega development plate is pre-programmed and will Display the following values on the TFT touch screen: eCO², TVOC (particulates in the air), atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity. In addition, the Device also carries a lightning detector. If you detect lightning (or electric shock), the Device will emit an audible signal and locate it. The Device has open source software so it is possible to add up to 6 sensors (max) through the Sensor shield. The values are recorded on a MicroSD card (not incl.).
Specially designed Hardware with plug-and-play and ready-use preprogrammed Software
Based on Arduino and open source, easily expandable or modifiable
Wood Finish (VM211) or plexi-Glas for VM211SE
Measures the following environmental values: ECO ², TVOC (particulates in the air), atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity
Detects lightning or electric shock at a distance of Max. 20 km
Displays values on a 2.8 "Touch screen"
Values are recorded on a microSd card (not incl.)
The Earth Listener needs a recording time of 48 hours and at least 20 minutes of registration before the values of eCO² and TVOC are stable.
This experimental kit is for indicative purposes only. Values should be interpreted when considering the environmental situation. Keep your living space well ventilated.
