10.1" ACF Film - 278 x 190 x 0.3mm for Anycubic Photon Mono M5s M5 Pro M7 Pro 3D Printers
This set consists of 5 ACF films for printers with 10.1" screen.
Installing the ACF film
Remove the printer screen to remove the frame with the appropriate screwdriver.
On the frame, proceed to unscrew both sides and thus proceed to separate the frames.
Clean the frames before installing the film.
On the ACF film, separate the blue protector that it has.
Place the film between the frames that we have removed.
Pay attention to the front and back sides, otherwise the resin may stick to the ACF film.
The smooth side is in contact with the resin and the rough side is facing the UV light source.
Fasten the 4 corner screws with the film slightly taut.
If the film is not properly attached, you will see that it is not flat. With curvature, the release film will cause cracks.
And then attach the rest of the screws.
Place the frame on the screen and proceed to screw the frame to the window.
Finally, proceed to cut the excess film with a cutter.
Once the installation and fixing of the film is complete, proceed to the printer configuration.
On the touch screen, reset the number of layers to zero. Tools --> Monitor --> Reset the number of layers to zero on the main interface of the touch screen.
