The HEX 0.5–16 mm² crimping tool from WEICON is designed for professional, precise, and secure crimping of ferrules according to DIN 46228 Part 1 + 4. Its hexagonal crimping profile with six synchronised jaws ensures durable electrical connections and makes it easier to insert into round terminals, whether they are with or without plastic insulation.
The tool offers automatic adjustment to the terminal size, adapting instantly to the conductor section without manual settings. This enables fast and efficient work, reduces physical effort, and increases productivity in industrial, automation, and electrical maintenance applications.
The ratchet locking mechanism ensures precise and repeatable crimping, releasing only once the process is complete. In case of misuse, an emergency release system integrated into the handle allows for safe opening.
