This is a waterproof schuko mains plug made of black rubber, designed for 230–250 V connections in environments where there may be moisture, water splashes or light dust. It includes an earth contact and two power pins, providing a safe connection for extension leads, multi-sockets and portable equipment for domestic or light-industrial use.
With its IP44 protection rating, this waterproof schuko plug is suitable for use in sheltered outdoor areas, workshops, garages, building sites and other applications where the plug may be exposed to splashing water or moderately harsh ambient conditions. The rubber body offers good mechanical strength, a secure grip and some impact absorption.
It supports a maximum current of 16 A and a power rating up to 3680 W at 250 V, which is sufficient for most power tools, household appliances, garden equipment, extension leads and mobile distribution boards. The bipolar design with earth contact and Ø4.8 mm pins is compatible with standard schuko-type sockets.
The compact dimensions of the plug (approx. 115 × 45 mm) make it easy to fit on extension cables and general-purpose leads, while maintaining good ergonomics for plugging and unplugging. It is a practical solution for temporary installations, DIY, events and mobile applications in indoor and sheltered outdoor locations.
