Digital lux meter with colour display for illuminance measurement and simultaneous ambient temperature and humidity monitoring. It is intended for indoor lighting checks, maintenance, technical installations and other applications where light levels need to be assessed quickly and visually.
It measures illuminance in lux and foot-candles —fc—, with selectable ranges up to 99,990 lx and 10,000 fc. The sensor combines a silicon photodetector with an optical filter to shape its response to visible light.
Stated illuminance accuracy is ±(3% + 5 lx) when calibrated against a standard 2854 K incandescent lamp, and ±(6% + 5 lx) for other visible-light sources. The manufacturer also specifies cosine-response deviation at different angles of incidence.
The 2.0-inch colour display shows illuminance, unit, temperature, humidity, date and time, battery status and alarm level. HOLD freezes the reading, while the curve display refreshes every 0.5 s to make changes in lighting easier to follow.
High and low thresholds are configurable. When exceeded, the instrument can alert through an indicator light, vibration and buzzer according to the selected settings. The alarm log stores up to 30 events with date, time and type; once the limit is exceeded, the manual states that the previous records are cleared before a new cycle begins.
The menu allows switching between lux and fc, selecting Chinese or English, choosing light or dark themes, and setting date, time, brightness, volume, sleep and automatic power-off. Factory reset and firmware updating through USB-C and Bootloader mode are also supported.
The instrument is specified for indoor operation from −10 to +50 °C, up to 80% relative humidity and below 2000 m altitude. For storage, the manufacturer states −10 to +50 °C and up to 70% RH with the battery removed.
Keep the instrument away from high temperatures, flames, corrosive gases, excessive moisture, dust, water, solvents, strong magnetic fields and condensation from air-conditioning equipment. Do not obstruct ventilation openings and keep the sensor clean.
