The Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro is a resin 3D printer with a 10.1-inch 14K monochrome LCD, designed to combine fine-detail printing with high production speeds. Its approximately 223.64 × 126.48 × 230 mm build volume provides sufficient space for miniatures and highly detailed models as well as larger resin-printed parts.
The LighTurbo 3.0 optical system combines a COB light source, Fresnel lens and light-uniformity algorithm. XY resolution is 16.8 × 24.8 µm, while the supported layer-height range of 0.01 to 0.15 mm allows printing parameters to be adapted to the required balance between detail and production time.
Printing speed depends on the resin and selected settings. At a 0.1 mm layer height, the Photon Mono M7 Pro can reach up to 130 mm/h with standard resin and up to 170 mm/h with high-speed resin.
Resin vat with dynamic temperature control. The system incorporates a peristaltic pump, heater and dedicated circulation channel to keep the resin moving and maintain suitable working conditions. An automatic sensor measures resin temperature before and throughout printing, with the system targeting an operating temperature of approximately 25 °C.
During circulation, heating the resin from 5 to 25 °C takes approximately 20 minutes. Dynamic temperature control makes it easier to work with resins of different viscosities and helps maintain more consistent material conditions during printing.
Automatic resin management system. The Photon Mono M7 Pro can automatically supply resin while printing and pump the remaining material out afterwards. Recovered resin can then be retained for later use, reducing manual handling and simplifying post-print resin management.
The printer also provides failed-print detection, resin-residue detection, resin-level monitoring and release-film lifespan management, helping identify certain conditions that could affect the print or machine components.
The Z axis uses dual linear rails with 10 µm precision. The build platform is aluminium with a laser-engraved surface, while the vat uses an improved ACF release film. The printer is designed to operate without periodic manual platform levelling.
The Photon Mono M7 Pro supports a range of UV 3D-printing resins, including standard, high-speed, water-washable, ABS-like and Eco formulations. Files can be transferred by USB or Wi-Fi and the printer supports the Anycubic app and ecosystem.
Operation is handled through a 4.3-inch touchscreen. Models can be prepared for printing with Anycubic Photon Workshop.
Optional AirPure air purifier. The printer can be complemented with the separately available Anycubic AirPure purifier, which is not supplied as standard. Its replaceable activated-carbon filter is designed to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and resin odours. According to the information provided for the accessory, filtration can reach up to 99%.
