Shielded power and control cable, primarily recommended for use in industrial environments where a certain level of electromagnetic protection is required.
Features a 3-conductor configuration and is especially recommended for connecting variable frequency drives (VFDs). Suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, in dry or damp locations, for use in open air, or for direct burial (provided a suitable sand bed is used). The cross-section of the concentric conductor is specified in the construction data table; therefore—subject to compliance with the regulations applicable to the specific installation—it may serve as a neutral conductor, a protective (earthing) conductor, or simultaneously as a shield.
CPR: This cable is suitable for installation in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Products Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 (CPR), as per the classification (Euroclass) specified in this document.
