The protection circuit covers overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short circuit. Maximum charging voltage is 4.2 V and discharge cut-off voltage is 2.5 V, so the battery should be charged only with a charger specifically designed for Li-ion cells.
The maximum continuous discharge current associated with part P1835C4 is documented by Keeppower as 3.2 A in an official historical product record. The manufacturer’s current commercial page no longer displays this figure, so it is retained with explicit source traceability rather than inferred from other 18350 models.
The manufacturer states more than 500 charge-discharge cycles under suitable operating conditions. Actual service life depends on depth of discharge, temperature, load current and charging and storage conditions.
Keeppower states maximum dimensions of approximately 18.6 mm diameter by 39.2 mm length, with ±0.2 mm tolerance. Because the battery includes a protection circuit, it is longer than an unprotected 18350 cell and mechanical compatibility with the host device should be checked.
Fully charge the battery before first use. Do not short circuit, reverse polarity, immerse, expose to fire or high temperature, crush, puncture, dismantle or modify it. Stop using it immediately if unusual odour, overheating, deformation or discolouration is observed.
It is intended for devices that support protected 18350 Li-ion batteries and whose current demand does not exceed the specified discharge capability. It should not replace batteries of another chemistry or voltage merely because the physical size is similar.
