Developer for photosensitive printed circuit boards
A developer at 15ºC or less will have difficulty developing
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Fill the bottle with water, we will obtain developer concentrate that has to be diluted with 2500cc obtaining 3000cc of developer
Not necessary prepare in one go, you can prepare a small amount to develop a plate
Put 1 part of concentrate and 5 parts of water in a bucket,
Prepare the necessary amount so that the plate is covered by the developer
The developer can be reuse several times, until it loses its effectiveness
Storing the developer concentrated in the original bottle, and the prepared developer in another bottle
Once the developer has been prepared in the tray, immerse the previously insolated plate in the tray
To facilitate development the plate can be balanced
The development time will be around 2 minutes Approx., although it may vary due to some factors
If the insolation time has been insufficient, it may and take a little longer to develop
The development will be finished when the copper that has to be attacked afterwards is completely clean of emulsion
It can help the development, passing a cotton very gently on the plate, inside the developer
